Mrs. Maggie Marschner MEd is a MS/HS principal. She has provided professional development in the areas of goal setting and data-driven practices, trauma-informed education, the teaching and learning cycle, differentiation/reaching all students, proactive lesson design, cultural competency, the student-centered classroom, the co-taught classroom, and instructional leadership. Mrs. Marschner believes an administrator needs to be an instructional leader – a leader who is willing to step into a classroom to teach a lesson, co-teach, and provide instructional support through lesson planning and reflection. She is driven by the belief that ALL students deserve a rigorous and thoughtfully designed education.
