Jennifer earned a BA in Special Education at UF and an MA in Interpersonal/Organizational Communication at UCF. She has served in a variety of educational contexts, teaching in inclusive and separate class settings, from kindergarten through college. She has served as an instructional coach, participated in district and state writing teams for students with disabilities, and currently provides professional development for teachers on behavior; equity; social and emotional learning; instructional practices for students with disabilities; and instructional technology. She has created a variety of PD opportunities for teachers and parents and has presented at local, regional and national education conferences. She strives daily to be an anti racist educator, facilitator, learner and human.
