Hope Ratcliff

Bio


Hope Ratcliff has 14 years of experience as a public school teacher in districts throughout Mississippi and Tennessee. She currently works as a Universal Design for Learning (UDL) Specialist as a part of Hope Ratcliff, M.Ed. has 14 years teaching experience, a majority of those years working with students with disabilities in inclusive settings. She has served in her current role as an Academic Specialist with REACH MS since August 2018. In this role, she has presented locally, nationally and internationally at conferences such as MSU’s Innovative Institute, the Regional and International UDL-IRN Summit, and the SPDG National Meeting. She also serves as a trainer and coach to districts and teachers throughout the state, providing professional development and coaching to cohort classrooms implementing the UDL Framework.
