Before joining the Kennedy Krieger Institute, Eric was an instructional designer and adjunct faculty for the University of Tennessee, Knoxville and a high school teacher before that. He practices and promotes UDL and accessibility is part of his daily work and short- and long-term plans. Additionally, he is a co-founder and until recently co-chair and Digicon chair for the UDLHE Network, which brings together professionals practicing
UDL from institutes of higher education around the world. He is interested in and committed to being an accomplice in making education in all contexts and levels more equitable for all.
